Deichmann has been active in the global market for more than one hundred years. It has been expanding a thriving network of outlets also in Poland for more than two decades, providing its customers with footwear and accessories from major brands and successfully creating its original collections.
Today, the company has 2,200 employees and more than 280 outlets across the country. The magnitude of Deichmann Polska’s business is best demonstrated by its sales volume, reaching a mind-boggling 9 million pairs of shoes in 2022.

What did the Customer expect?
A key consideration of the joint project was to safeguard a uniform quality of service delivered to a dispersed network of outlets characterised by varied infrastructure. Thus, a number of locations nationwide required modernisation and customisation of their technical standard to the needs of a modern and dynamic enterprise.
