About the company

Deichmann has been active in the global market for more than one hundred years. It has been expanding a thriving network of outlets also in Poland for more than two decades, providing its customers with footwear and accessories from major brands and successfully creating its original collections.

Today, the company has 2,200 employees and more than 280 outlets across the country. The magnitude of Deichmann Polska’s business is best demonstrated by its sales volume, reaching a mind-boggling 9 million pairs of shoes in 2022.

What did the Customer expect?

A key consideration of the joint project was to safeguard a uniform quality of service delivered to a dispersed network of outlets characterised by varied infrastructure. Thus, a number of locations nationwide required modernisation and customisation of their technical standard to the needs of a modern and dynamic enterprise.

Application of solutions and technologies

Business Internet from T‑Mobile

The Business Internet service emerged as the solution to Deichmann Polska’s needs. It is a top-of-the-range symmetrical, dedicated internet access line. Deployment can be achieved via several types of access technology including fibre, point-to-point and point-to-multipoint radio lines.

To support that development, a dedicated 40-strong project team was formed. The commissioning of each link was approved by the Customer in order to guarantee total transparency in our collective operations. Those Deichmann Polska stores that have deployed the Business Internet service provide customers with a symmetrical connection of up to 100 mbps, virtually 100% SLA guarantee, backup 5G or LTE connections at each location, as well as proactive network monitoring.
