Cloud Security Bronze
The only service on the Polish market that combines the flexibility of the cloud and the affordability of the subscription. It secures all devices available in the company, also in offline mode. The system built on the basis of a new generation firewall is supervised by the Cyber Defense Center. Guarantees protection against malware such as ransomware, exploits, banking Trojans and specific attacks: fileless and zero-day.
Monthly cost – PLN 24.90, regardless of the duration of the contract.

What do I get with the Workspace as a Service?
With this service, you receive a fully configured office computer with an operating system and full technical support. Technical assistance is provided remotely on business days. If a malfunction cannot be resolved remotely, hardware diagnostics will be carried out at the client’s location at an agreed time.
What are the hours of technical support availability?
Technical support is available via the helpline at 880 100 300 on business days from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
How can I report an issue with hardware or software?
Issues can be reported 24/7 via email at: support@t-mobile.pl.
Who owns the equipment during the contract period?
The equipment remains the property of T-Mobile Polska throughout the contract period. After the contract ends, the client has the option to purchase the equipment for 1 PLN.
What brands of equipment are available in this service?
Currently, we offer equipment from Apple and DELL.
What contract durations are available?
- DELL equipment: 24, 36, or 48 months.
- Apple equipment: 12, 24, or 36 months.
How does payment for the service work?
The service is billed on a subscription basis, with a fixed fee throughout the contract period.
How does WaaS differ from traditional equipment leasing?
WaaS is a subscription-based model that, unlike leasing, does not affect the company’s credit capacity.
Will the equipment be delivered to my company?
Yes. The equipment will be delivered to the address specified in the order. We can also ship equipment to different company locations, including remote employees.
Can I buy the equipment after the contract ends?
Yes, the client has the option to purchase the equipment for 1 PLN.
What happens if I do not want to purchase the equipment after the contract ends?
The client is not required to buy the equipment. In this case, it must be returned to the address specified in the contract.
