Modern Work Environment at Grupa Kęty thanks to Microsoft 365 Implementation
To better respond to market challenges and improve the quality of services provided, Grupa Kęty decided to implement Microsoft 365 together with Copilot. The goal of the digital transformation of the work environment was to increase data security, improve communication, and enhance collaboration both within the organisation and with external clients.

Our Partner
Our partner, Grupa Kęty S.A., is one of the largest and most recognisable Polish industrial companies operating in the aluminium processing sector. The company was founded in 1953 and has its registered office in Kęty (Małopolskie Province).
Its activities include the production of aluminium profiles, aluminium systems for construction (such as windows, doors, facades, and conservatories), as well as flexible packaging made from foil and laminates. The company’s products are used in construction, transport, energy, machinery industries, as well as in the food and cosmetics industries. Grupa Kęty conducts projects on both domestic and international markets, focusing on innovation and high service quality.

Objectives and Challenges
Before implementing Microsoft 365, Grupa Kęty struggled with fragmented communication and collaboration tools, which made information exchange difficult and reduced work efficiency. Additional challenges included ensuring data protection, standardising the IT environment, and supporting remote and hybrid work models.
The project aimed to increase team productivity through the integration of AI-based tools, improve information security, and simplify IT infrastructure management. The implementation of Microsoft 365 was intended to create a cohesive, flexible, and modern work environment tailored to the needs of a rapidly growing organisation.
Joint Actions
As part of the project, we conducted a detailed needs analysis and workshops with key users, which allowed us to precisely define business requirements and develop M365 Copilot use cases. We also prepared a migration plan and implementation schedule. The cooperation included not only technical configuration but also training and support in the adaptation of new tools across the organisation.
Challenges appeared, among others, in system integration and change management among employees; however, thanks to team engagement and proper support, they were successfully overcome.


Implementation
T-Mobile Business Solutions implemented a comprehensive Microsoft 365 package, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. Security and identity management policies were deployed, and Grupa Kęty migrated its e-mails and documents to the cloud, resulting in a modern integrated work environment.
The implementation of Microsoft 365 Copilot supported users in faster decision-making, task automation, and better use of organisational knowledge and data, allowing them to focus more on strategic activities, customer relationships, and innovation.
